Overview
Working in a team to service the insurance needs of multinational accounts. Day-to-day I do a variety of research and compliance tasks, using excel.
Skills
Yes, so many. I have learnt physical skills such as Excel and PowerBI. I have also massively developed by soft/inter-personal skills, including networking skills, communication and how to thrive in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities
I was given a fair amount of responsibility within my team. Some of the work I did was sent directly to clients, and the rest will be used within my team and the wider budget.
Support & Guidance
Loads! We had graduate mentors, team buddies, managers, and the early careers team all checking in regularly with us. Furthermore they encourage building strong connections with your intern cohort which provides an extra layer of support
Culture
INCREDIBLE. The culture was so friendly and welcoming, everyone was willing to give their time to talk to us from those very senior in the business to those just at the beginning of their careers. I instantly felt part of my team and the wider company
Your Impressions
