I was given a lot of responsibility very early on. You are trusted to work on client work immediately, which allows you to develop really well. Despite being given a lot of responsibility, mentors and colleagues are always happy to help if you get stuck with anything.
Support & Guidance
The support and guidance is second to none. There are always people around to help if you need it, and they are genuinely happy to do so. It is good to see colleagues who are happy to put time into helping out and talking to the interns, it is a great structure for support.
Culture
The culture and atmosphere is absolutely fantastic. The general atmosphere is always great, with everyone working hard, but in high spirits and taking time to talk to each other. There is no toxic culture within the company, and people are very friendly and approachable, from junior level all the way to partner level. You feel very welcome and valued.
