The Role
Very helpful and supportive people always ready to help you try something new.
I enjoyed going in everyday as the team I was working in were very close and had plenty of office banter and chats
If i ever had a question or a problem I knew I had people i could ask for help if they couldnt help be directly they usually knew someone who could.
My role was a very busy one I always had something to do. On the few occasions that i had too much to do there was someone there to helo
I was producing packs and data that was being sent straight to management. I didnt come across anyone on my year out that was a "Tea Boy/Girl"
Plenty of education was available which will greatly help me complete my degree
The Company
Always a happy friendly atmosphere tended to have alot of fun
Very well organised. alot of people around to look after you and point you into the right direction.
Was sent on networking days and also sent into training courses to make sure im up to date with knowledge

The Culture
Was almost like being back at uni
The IBM club was great value for money, Southampton itself was a typical uni town, if you go to the right places its great value for money
Plenty of clubs and bars to choose from
You regularly get offered extra activities
