Overview
Attend and participate in daily stand up meetings with team, work independently and collaboratively on intern project, participate in networking events for interns and company-wide events as well as affinity groups.

Responsibilities
yes, I had responsibility and independence to direct my project in a specific direction I wanted to, weighing out the pros and cons of each alternative.
Support & Guidance
There was always someone to reach out to for either technical, personal, or professional help. Everyone I have reached out to has been so willing to help me navigate.
Culture
There was a very collaborative atmosphere in engineering. There's always conversations going on across teams where everyone participates and has a say in what their team works on and how they achieve their goals.
