Overview
Completing a project set out by the team working closely with a mentor; meetings required to understand scope of work and engineering code as deliverables.
Skills
Yes, technical skills such as Python but also soft skills ensuring I can get work done in a big company.
Responsibilities
This varies a lot by team but you can always ask for more responsibility and sometime may receive more! Although, be careful not to overpromise.
Support & Guidance
Plentiful! This has been the consensus amongst most interns, mentors here are great!
Culture
Great culture of constantly trying to improve and achieve ambitions from a very data-driven perspective.
Your Impressions
It's one of the better places to intern for sure as everyone is very welcoming and open to what your ambitions are. Although with big companies, there are a lot of busy people so expect lead time in achieving anything.
Yes
Technical skills will always be important but in bigger companies communication and people-management often set apart the achievers.
