Overview
Mott Macdonald allowed a sociable working environment both online and in office in which regular team work was assigned where you can work alongside experienced engineers on large projects.

Yes, you are assigned a good amount of solo jobs which are expected to be completed, however everyone is willing to help if you are unsure.

The support was great, everyone is willing to help whenever.
