The Role
I loved my work placement and wish it was for longer than a year.
I felt really valued within and outside of my immediate team.
I was given a substantially amount of support by my manager, who encouraged me to develop in key areas.
I was always kept busy completing relevant work and had the option to push back on work in order to maintain a healthy work life balance.
I was given a lot of responsibility especially within an area of my job role, allowing me to train other individuals in this area and also expand it.
I have learnt skills for life, had great opportunities to improve them and a wide range of training courses available to me.
The Company
There was a good atmosphere in my office. Everyone is available to assist and share there knowledge- also many people around happy to have a coffee break.
Very organised!
The company invested a lot in my personal development in order to get the best out of me!
