    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

    • I would often be required to create a presentation, or discuss some research with a colleague. I would frequently have a meeting with my line-manager. Most days I would attend the team meetings. I didnt get much opportunity to meet the client. I was responsible for parts of the workstreams, often presentations, or creating dashboards. I worken on a project with Transport for London

    • Microsoft powerpoint, excel, word- I am now extremely confident with these. Developed presentation and public speaking skills. Developed team working and individual research skills

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

    • Not as much as I would have liked. The better tasks I was given would give me a longer time frame to work something out for myself and then return to my colleague who would suggest edits. I was able to take full responsibility for some work though

    • Amazing, every one was very welcoming. Very little hierarchy, but still a respectful professional environment

    • I loved it, I thought it was a great experience. I wish there was more structure at the start - to give me a variety of work opportunities with different tasks. I was only on a project for a short while, and it would have been nice to experience a few more projects.

    • It is great, they are a very people orientated organisation I wish there was more structure at the start - to give me a variety of work opportunities with different tasks. I was only on a project for a short while, and it would have been nice to experience a few more projects.
