Overview
Answering customer queries about the Bloomberg Terminal. Also, contacting clients about new functions, account manager meetings, etc.

Financial knowledge in depth. Communication, team-working, problem-solving skills as well.
Responsibilities
Yes, a lot of responsibility was given to interns. For example, in the Sales department, interns interacted with real-life clients on a day-to-day basis, through phone calls and actual client visits.
Support & Guidance
A lot of support and guidance was given throughout the internship from employees across all departments.
Culture
The company culture is very open, non-hierarchical, supportive, and focused on corporate social responsibility as well.
