Overview
Analytics: In class training to understand more about Bloomberg business, clients, Bloomberg terminal, culture, values, career opportunities, day-to-day in different roles. Sales: Project work, client interaction through calls and/or visits to help them in leveraging the Bloomberg terminal to make informed decisions.
Skills
Learned how to manage expectations, problem solving, project management, sales techniques, customer resource management, handling objections, navigate in complex systems such as the Bloomberg terminal, and financial market knowledge
Responsibilities
Yes, during client engagements I was representing Bloomberg which is a great amount of responsibility. You will be guided but it is your responsibility to go above and beyond to make an impact and add value to the business. I personally found the latter challenging aspect enjoyable and fulfilling.
