Overview
On our sales days (3/5 per week) we worked in smaller teams covering different regions to help manage customer relationships and keep clients up to date on the terminal. During analytics we would dive deeper into terminal workflows and aiding customers with queries. Furthermore we were assigned 4 projects to work on during the entire 10 week internship.
Skills
Collaboration is emphasized a lot within the company and highly valued. Furthermore, you gain confidence as a salesperson, lots of technical skills, public speaking and networking skills.
Responsibilities
We were given a good amount of responsibility. You were responsible for lots of things, but always knew you could get help whenever it felt overwhelming.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support and feel like people in general are very helpful and caring. You can turn to anyone within the company and they are happy to listen and aid you.
Culture
Very flat hierarchy and transparent culture. Overall people are nice and social.
