Overview
- Foundational training of the financial markets - Introduction to the Bloombergs Terminal and Functions - Insights into different departments - Networking events - Philanthropy event - Project work with other interns: Creation of an investment strategy to create an portfolio using PORT function Research-driven work on regulatory changes and regulatory reporting (specifically EMIR reporting) Documentation on csv file testing on internal implementation processes.
Skills

Responsibilities
Through various allocated project I was given a good amount of responsibilities and was able to contribute to the workflow of the team.
Support & Guidance
Had weekly meetings with my manager. I also had regular check-ins with my mentor. There was more than enough guidance and support. The working culture is extremely collaborative, so everyone is very open to help!
Culture
- collaborative - supportive - encouraging - positive - everyone is very ambitious, but not competitive to the extend that they wouldn't take time for the needs of their colleagues!
