Overview
In sales we were working on project as well as calling clients. In analytics we were given a technical training. It helped us to learn more about Bloomberg products as well as different asset classes.
Skills
1. Communication skills. We were able to network a lot during the internship, therefore I ended up learning how to communicate with people across different departments. 2. Technical skills. We had classes on asset classes such as FI or FX. Therefore my financial understanding increased over the course of the internship. 3. Personal skills. I evolved as a person and became more formed as a person.
Responsibilities
Yes. We were involved in numerous project where we had all the responsibility.
Support & Guidance
A lot. We had mentors and managers who helped me whenever we asked for it. There ere really involved during the internship and did everything they could for us to succeed.
Culture
Good culture. Everyone respects the collaboration and is not afraid to ask for help and provide it.
