Overview
I was in charge of revamping a website. This involved creating animations and presenting ideas for designs and contents to make it more user friendly.
Skills
Creativity – Working on the website Feedback – speaking to team members and curating feedback to produce a survey Observation – listening on calls and keen eye for detail whilst going through the website Presentation – presenting feedback to the various heads of department Customer contact – listening in on customers call to get a broad perspective
Responsibilities
Yes, it was very independent, I was given a broad overview of what my manager wanted me to achieve. I was in charge of my day to day but shared my progress with my manager regularly.
Support & Guidance
I was made comfortable enough to speak to other colleagues, it is genuinely one of the nicest and most welcoming places to work.
Culture
A very relaxed atmosphere, there is always a smiling and reassuring face nearby.
