Overview
I was given a technical coding based prject to work on to bridge a gap in business intelligence, there were also asset class trainings, lots of HR sessions with managers, intern sessions and team lunches to get us involved in culture

Worked in Python, JSON, QlikSense and Bloomberg propriety technology. Data Architecture, Data Modelling
Responsibilities
I think I was trusted to get the task done with some guidance, develops on the level of initiative you show. But the mechanisms to ask for more responsibility existed
Support & Guidance
We were assigned a mentor and a buddy and a connector who helped check in on our progress, our mental health, and connect us to the company culture
Culture
Unique. Nonpareil, They have BOB iniatives, they donate 80% of their proceeds , so charity and giving are big, we could sign up to charity events, communities and societies are super active, loved the hype around the womens FIFA

Be yourself. There is a unique focus on being authentic and bringing your real self to work, people will listen, people will try their best to help and that's rare in the corporate enviorment
