Overview
I worked as a Web intern, where we migrated web pages from onsite servers to the cloud
Skills
I learnt a lot about React and testing using softwares such as Cypress. Furthermore, I was able to learn more about agile working methods such as scrum and kanban.
Responsibilities
We were given a lot of responsibility of our own code however, had a great network of support to help us if we needed
Support & Guidance
I was given a buddy, a mentor and I also had a team and a manager who all helped and checked in on me every week.
Culture
The company culture was very fun, having mandatory fun every week, however there was still the seriousness of having work to do, and completing tasks before deadline however Cap One has definitely done a good job at finding the balance

I definitely enjoyed it a lot, it was a great opportunity to learn more about myself and interacting with a work environment
Yes
Just be yourself, and enjoy the interview process, be genuinely interested in the interviewers and what they do, and ask questions!
