Overview
Very hands on in terms of building new features and interacting with senior engineers to get advice.
Skills
Worked with AWS with no previous experience, improved low-level design skills, opportunities to try test-driven development. Joined the team on agile ceremonies like sprint planning etc.
Responsibilities
I was given responsibility to make design decisions regarding my project.
Support & Guidance
Unexpectedly high amount of support from the team. Easily arranged meetings with senior engineers to ask about any topic I wanted to learn more about.
Culture
Very very friendly. And relaxed.
