Overview
I advised the biomethane trading team on regulations in Europe. On a daily basis I was working on a project that gave an overview of different routes to market in different countries based on regulations.
Skills
I improved my analytical skills and learned to work better in a team. I also learnt a lot about the energy sector and biomethane in specific
Responsibilities
A lot. You’ll get a lot of responsibility in working on your project
Support & Guidance
Just the right amount. I could come to my line manager if I needed anything but he gave me freedom to work on the project. Occasional feedback made sure I worked in the right way
Culture
The company culture is very cooperative and friendly. People are generous with there time and willing to explain a lot to you. It helps with learning and promotes an environment where you can ask questions. The diversity & skillpool is amazing - you’re always talking to someone that has an interesting story
Your Impressions
A lot. Felt I learned a lot - both about the sector and about myself. Apart from learning the people have been very friendly and made sure I had a good time
Yes
Have an open mindset and be willing to learn a lot. Another point is make sure that you know what value you can add to the company
