Overview
The role changes say to day and project to project, however you will mostly be working as a business support analyst or within project management. However, depending on your confidence it is possible for you to increase your responsibilities. You can expected to learn a great deal surrounding the whole project life cycle, from initiation to the final deliverable, and everything it entails.
Skills
Yes, too many to count. Main skills however are in: research, analysis, stakeholder management, project management, business and process design, PowerPoint, Excel, data collection.
Responsibilities
Yes, you can take on as much as you need (within reason), providing you have the capacity and willingness to push yourself.
Support & Guidance
Throughout your internship, you will have numerous support touch points, which grows after each successful project. You will never be left to your own devices, without the required support being there to able if needed.
Culture
Amazing, great culture and atmosphere. Work-life balance was prioritised, and there are plenty of opportunities to get to know your co-workers.
