Spring Insight Attendee Review

The program was aimed at providing insights into the lives of banking professionals who worked in asset management, markets, or investment banking. The day-to-day activities of attendees included presentations, panels, interactive case solving, and practice interviews.

I learned to truly value the skill of networking. It was truly insightful to see how both the company representatives and other attendees were extremely pleasant to talk to, and meaningful conversations spontaneously arose. With that experience, it became easier to approach familiar faces later on, which made the application process much smoother.

It was a privilege to hear firsthand how the different divisions work together dynamically. Moreover, potential roles become much more tangible when one understands the business dynamics beneath the corporate terms. Hence, the program provided numerous insights into potential roles available, and I highly recommend participating in it.

The company culture was warm and diverse. As highly intelligent individuals from all around the globe joined forces, the atmosphere was filled with understanding and a wealth of insights. For me, the overall atmosphere was the main reason to pursue a career with them. It feels unique to have the opportunity to work with kind and intelligent people from all around Europe.

The event was as good as I expected. I was already impressed on the first day when everyone gathered around and started spontaneously talking with one another. Moreover, the program was clear and well-structured, which greatly helped attendees showcase their skills.
