Responsibilities
Worked on a more design focused project and a more research focused project. Responsibilities included finding out and understanding the design problems, creating possible solutions that might solve the problem, the testing and iterating the solution
Support & Guidance
As much as I needed I'd say. Great balance of support and autonomy I think.
Culture
Relaxed, focused, not stressful, a lot of meaning and productive discussions. Focuses on self-reflection and team reflection which helps to find areas for improvement and progress checking.
