Overview
Attended talks with women across the company who spoke about their career paths, workshops based on the growth mindset. we had the chance to network with current interns and graduates. on the second day which was virtual we worked with Cancer Card to help develop ideas on a cancer card for 8-15yo and again had the opportunity to network
Skills
Working in a team with 5 other people really helped me to develop my team work skills and networking with graduates allowed me to learn more about the opportunities that there are for me
Business Insight
it was definitely very interesting hearing about recent projects some graduates had worked on and being able to clear up any misconceptions about some divisions was really helpful
Culture
Everyone was extremely friendly from the other participants, to the learning and development who went above and beyond and the other graduates and interns
Your Impressions
highly. it was great being able to network and learn more about the company whilst also having the chance to get an AC offer at the end of it.
Yes
definitely take your time making sure your CV is up to scratch: quantify as much as you can, start every sentence with an action verbs, know how to answer the basic interview qs like why NatWest? why do you want this opportunity? etc.
