Overview
On the first day, we attended the event in person. This included a networking lunch, a women panel of leaders and senior employees at NatWest and a workshop on growth mindset. The second day was virtually conducted. We worked in groups of 6 to present solutions to a case study and presented it to the appointed judges. We then learnt more about NatWest's summer programmes and got to choose our top 5 preferences.

It was definitely insightful that way. i got to learn a lot more about how NatWest operates and the different divisions and what they do.
