Overview
A two-day taster programme online. Covered a variety of topics such as personal development, lesson planning and how to implement diversity representation in the classroom. Designed and presented a 6 minute lesson to peers.
Skills
Developed my leadership skills and my planning and organisation. Also became a more confident speaker through many opportunities to debate and present ideas
Business Insight
Very informative about next steps on how to continue with Teach First and become a teacher

Very encouraging and inviting but also gave constructive criticism where appropriate
