Overview
Worked on projects related to the equities global market division, involving mainly market microstucture knowledge my manager introduced me at the beginning of the summer.
Skills
New skills are market microstructure, algorithmic execution. I also developed my existing skills in Python and SQL.
Responsibilities
I worked on projects my whole team was waiting for to see the results as well as on side projects.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of guidance from my manager as well as from the different people I talked with on the trading floor.
Culture
Culture of communications and network, there are always occasions to meet people firmwide all during those 10 weeks.
