Overview
Leasing on a training programme for our in store experts. Signings of assets, delivering content and feedback sessions to the agency we were working with. In another role, I was working on a report which is sent to the founder of the business highlighting insights and observations from markets, these are sent out monthly.
Skills
I have learned a lot of new interpersonal skills. I have learned analytical skills and creative skills
Responsibilities
Yes I was given a lot of responsibility in my first role. In my second role I wasn’t given as much.
Support & Guidance
It varied dependent on the management and team you were in. Overall, they were all supportive

Company culture was good, everyone is always striving to achieve excellence so everyone is dedicated
