Reaching out to people in the team, going on site visits, learning about cable maintenance and how to score asset health

Yes I had to write a policy and it was down to me to set up meetings with people

I received all the guidance I needed when I struggled I was able to ask for help but also it had the right balance so I could try and figure things out on my own first
