Support & Guidance
The Early Careers and New Talent Team have been nothing short of fantastic in providing and fostering an environment that ensures success while on the placement. Charlotte, who works in the New Talent Team responsible for Industrial Placement scheduled fortnight drop in sessions where any student undertaking a placement could raise any issues they were facing that might need addressing. In addition to the drop in sessions there was a dedicated safeguarding lead.
Culture
The Company Culture was that of a team spirit and that whether it may be a specific project, or company objective, each colleague throughout the organisation plays a vital role in ensuring targets set are all met.
