    • Good balance of social/work talk in the office! Everyone was really friendly.

    • The Foundation scheme is set up and organised very well although there were a frew changes through out the year. Very helpful managers that are always there for you!

    • There was no official investment but there was plenty of opportunity for me to find development opportunities if i looked for them myself.

    • There is a large amount of placement students based at my location (NH) so there is a good social environment.

    • Portsmouth is a cheap place to live and things like travel (buses etc) are relatively cheap to.

    • Nightlife is very good seeing as its a Uni town
