Overview
My daily tasks/ responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant include: finding candidates, interviewing candidates, meeting with clients, marketing, filling jobs etc. My daily interactions internally include liaising with colleagues both inside and outside of my department to learn and develop constantly. Externally, it includes meeting with a large pool candidates and clients, within the specific industry that I work within. My main projects include filling jobs and try to get more jobs in.
Skills
I have developed on my existing organizational and inter-personnel skills. Also, I have developed a lot more resilience and intuitiveness through all of the daily unique situations that arise.
Responsibilities
I have been given a lot of responsibilities which have made me be able to quickly grow and progress my current skills and also gain new skills.
Support & Guidance
I have had extensive training as well as a lot of guidance from my manager, as well as from my team.
Culture
It was very sociable and fun which I like. Everyone wants to do well and hit their KPIs but also have a good time after work and make it a fun environment.
Your Impressions
I am not very far in but so far, I am really enjoying it as I have a lot of responsibilities and am getting stuck in a lot and would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of apply.
