The Role
Enjoyable most of the time but sometimes a bit boring when certain managers didn't know what to teach you.

Busy when in sales, other areas such as the warehouse not so busy.

When in sales was given the chance to run the store but in other areas not too much responsibility as I only spent a few weeks in them.

The scheme was well set up, however, the region I was in didn't stick to the scheme quite often.

The company invested a lot but on a regional basis they didn't really adhere to the scheme.
