Working in a scrum team to help with the development of a website

Developed my coding skills which is what I was looking for, also delivered a lot of presentations and worked on my communication.
Responsibilities
Yes, my work impacted the team and made a difference but no one was necessarily relying on me.
Support & Guidance
Very supportive line manager and friendly colleagues , but you have to be proactive - if you don't chase people up and show interest no one will really put the effort into you.
Culture
Everyone is generally very friendly and happy to have young people on board. If you're placed in a good team there is a learning culture and a lot of room for growth.
