Responsibilities
Given sole responsibility for key areas of a multi-million turnover business on placement year. Directly accountable for important processes at branch level
Support & Guidance
Although a learn on the job approach to mastering the craft, provided excellent coaching when requested. Senior managers and department heads really helpful and approachable when learning their areas of the business.

Formed familial relationships that were completely unexpected. Although not for the faint of heart due to the responsibility you are given, I will value the experience for the rest of my career in its impact on me as a future business leader
