Overview
First week is only training, the remaining weeks you work within a team on an assigned engagement. 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days remote, depending on your team’s working preferences. You work both in your team and independently, with the opportunity to always ask questions about what you’re doing.
Skills
I’ve learnt time management, teamwork, perfected my professional communication. I have also gained a valuable understanding about the dynamics in an engagement team. I gained the confidence to ask questions and be present during team meetings.
Business Insight
The opportunities within the firm after completing the SVS were made very clear from the beginning. Special information sessions about both the firm and potential roles available were part of the training received.
Culture
Company culture felt quite relaxed and inclusive. Atmosphere was very collaborative and understanding
