Overview
Supporting with bids, tenders and vehicle quotations, handling inbound customer enquiries, having accountability for completing customer-led activities, escalation of issues to relevant senior stakeholders and other administrative tasks including complaints management.

Got the opportunity to enhance my Leadership, Analytical and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
Given a lot of responsibility with handling customer accounts when quoting vehicles, writing tender answers and actioning contract rewrites.
Support & Guidance
Received a lot of support from my team and also the whole fleet department, were always ready to help and took time to explain processes.
