    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • There was some responsibilities for example supervising students during sessions in a chemistry teaching laboratory. Assisting in the setup of practicals ensuring everything was setup correctly so it's easy for students to begin the practicals. Preparing standard solutions according to protocol which would be used for practicals/ cleaning. As for more independent responsibilities l, perhaps the internship required more time for staff to have complete confidence in my work as I had to be trained on everything before I could begin working.
