Overview
The role involves supporting the L&D team, including day to day L&D activities such as supporting the induction process. The job also includes project work where you are able to take the lead on projects such as the responsibility for the digital induction programme and also the company learning at work week.
Skills
Communication, confidence, stakeholder engagement. Presentation, organisation and event management. Also excel, data management, website designing.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was able to take on full responsibility for two large projects - Learning at work week and also the digital induction. I was also given responsibility and a voice in team projects such as mandatory elearning and lifeskills.
Support & Guidance
The HR team at VWFS are brilliant and not only was I supported in L&D but I was also able to experience different areas of HR and get involved with other teams due to the support from the wider HR team.
Culture
The company culture is brilliant, and is also something which is cared about. Colleagues care about the culture of the company and were constantly looking for ways to improve any areas which needed to shift.
