Overview

Skills
Yes, I developed my attention to detail a significant amount, as well as my endurance and ability to multi task. My interpersonal skills were developed a lot too as it is a people facing business.
Responsibilities
Yes, the responsibility I was given increased slowly as the weeks went on. I went from having my tasks checked my two people to submitting work directly to seniors and clients.
Support & Guidance
I had regular catch ups with my staffer, as well as a mid term and end of internship review. HR also offered lots of support sessions throughout the internship which were very helpful and available to all the interns.
Culture
The culture is collaborative and there is a strong emphasis on everyone helping each other out by sharing materials and harnessing their previous experience doing a similar task. There is also a culture of doing work to the very best standard possible, which starts at the top and filters down.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it very much, whilst it was hard work, I learned a lot and I put a lot of effort in to get the most out of it. I enjoyed working with my colleagues and enjoyed a social aspect too.
Yes
To tailor their application and make it as specific as possible because there are a lot of people applying so it is vital to maximise effort. Also to practice a lot for the video interview as it is very weird at first.
