The Role
Really good experience, so much flexibility and opportunities available to meet so many people all through out the organization at all different levels.
The team I worked in was really superb, great support available throughout the year as well as office banter.
Great chance and supervision. Excellent support, always freedom to speak and can talk about queries or issues at any time.
Enough to get along with, but at the same time not overwhelmed. Can always ask for more work, but plenty of opportunities to do different jobs.
Trusted in the team to be getting on with work and manage projects. Responsible for a small part, yet such a big part of the business. Defiantly enough to put on your CV.
Greatly. Learn so much about the working world, and gaining the experience and skills of a proper job in a real environment where your actions make a difference. Skills can be used all throughout, not just in work, but social situations aswell.
The Company
Great bunch of people, and office banter. Proper experience of the working lifestyle.
Manged at a high level with support available throughout the year.
Plenty of opportunities to "Giveback", and visit different sites and locations. Workshops held and reviews done on progress.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Alot off opportunities in so many different areas. If anything, hard to choose.
The Culture
Based in Warwick, best bunch of people I met, on a social and professional level. Couldn't have asked for a different bunch.
Rent not too expensive, and general food and other necessities generally usual pricing.
Leamington Spa - Smack, Kokos, Dukes and Shades, can't complain. Plenty of restaurants and general socializing places around.
Plenty of sports clubs around the area, but between the other students arrange different events.
