Overview
being assigned a range of tasks which usually revolved around helping members of the team in executing reconciliations and general auditing of balance sheets. overview of the role is someone who is there to help out on the general task at hand.
Skills
a large increase in excel based skills along with an ability to navigate conversations with all different levels within the company. Also the skill of professional emails and how to word them in a way to get what you need in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
yes, lots of responsibility with an example being traveling to client site for a first visit with just one other colleague and having to handle the situation just 2 months into the job.
Support & Guidance
a lot, with continuous talks about post-uni employment both in the firm or with another.
Culture
a great company culture, with trips to Prague, London and around the UK for celebrations. With everyone in the company feeling very friendly and a social life based around it.

Being personable is the main thing, with the skills being learnable and many courses there to teach you what you need. Showing a willingness to learn and engage with all different types of people is the key
