    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • The general atmosphere is what you would expect from an office jobs. Rapport between managers and employees are built heavily on incentives however this only had short terms positive affects. In terms of the company culture, there is definitely a feel of a close knit workplace with regular teams calls with all department regarding any updates on the business earnings and any new updated on the business or department. This gives employees a more holistic and inclusive update on the company which is positively reflected.

    Your Impressions

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • I was able to develop my hard and soft skills during my time at Enterprise and i was also able to experience a new atmosphere in the workplace. However, due to then nature of the work being very customer complaints based it was at times difficult to complete tasks under a time pressure when the job requires look closely at the documents and seeing if the claims are valid for the company to be pursuing.

  • 8. What advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility
  • My advice would include being familiar with job requirements needed for each role a this might later affect your view on the tasks you have to conduct. Another advise would also be connecting with the company through social media such as on linkden and trying to engage with the company outside so that you understand the culture of the company better. Being able to understand your department in this way might make a easier transition to the new position.
