Overview
Catch ups with manager, lots of coding in MATLAB and also reviewing textbooks to help improve subject knowledge.
Skills
Significantly improved MATLAB skills in developing algorithms.
Responsibilities
I was given lots of responsibility on placement doing an internal research project and was expected to work as independently as I could but given lots of support also.
Support & Guidance
My managers always gave me their time to ensure I was keeping up with and understanding the work.
Culture
MBDA has a strong focus on innovation and collaboration which I liked.
