Overview
I would search CV databases for candidates. I would then ring the candidates to see what they were looking for. If they were interested in a role I had, I would talk to them about the role to see if they were interested. If they were I would format their CV and send it off to the client. From there I would arrange an interview and sort a placement out if they were successful.

I have developed my organisation and efficiency skills.
Responsibilities
I was responsible for dealing with candidates, making sure they were fully prepared for any interviews and supporting them throughout the recruitment process.

I was fully trained by the Chief of staff on all aspects of the job.

There was a really good company culture, we all got along well as friends.
