The Role
Work was always present at varying levels of difficulty, a good challenge with a lot of pressure at times.
All my peers and superiors had time for my ideas and thoughts. I felt like a full team member within a few weeks.
Support was always given and any questions were heeded with open arms.
I've always had things to do - much was influenced by myself.
I was given a lot of responsibility, which I had to work to earn. As a result of this, I had the opportunity to carry out some important tasks.
Complete change of mindset, fully developed a practical and commercial viewpoint to problems.
The Company
Probably a bit too much fun at times..
Not much organisation at all, most had to be influenced by myself.
I went on quite a few training courses run by third parties (expensive).
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
A career with this company is definitely something that is on my radar for the future.
The Culture
Lots of students got to know eachother and went out a lot. A few lived with eachother through housing organised by the company.
Hull - one of cheapest places in UK.
It's pretty good - nothing amazing.
Quite a few, but it took some finding. Many can be found through other staff.
