• Using innovation to ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders via the staff intranet. • Having a meticulous eye for detail to ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums of social media and for different departments of the organisation. • Placed a high value on quality of content to ensure the company’s reputation was presented in a positive light on social media platforms. • Strong focus on independent working and setting strict deadlines due to a hybrid working pattern of office-based and home-based days. • Responsible for using email marketing tools.

I created my own deadlines to reach deadlines set by managers. I created my own schedule of which posts were posted on which day.

My manager was very supportive throughout and was always there whenever I needed help or advice. Different department managers were also very supportive when I was producing content for their particular areas
