    • Company culture was good with people being very friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a lack in recognition though and uncertainty with new top leadership team, which did leave to some negativeness.

    • Be yourself and stay calm and collected in the interview as everyone is very friendly and they really just want a chat. For the application, make sure you've researched the company including sustainability
