Overview
Supporting three brand managers with day-to-day tasks, such as reporting, performance monitoring, support with budgeting, stock management or dealing with customer enquiries. In addition to that, support on/ leading ad hoc project such as social media management, PR campaigns, organisation of conferences and shows, NPD launch, website renewal and many others.
Skills
Developed many soft skills such as communication, presentation skills, problem-solving, adaptability and others. Learnt hard skills such as working with specific programmes (Google Analytics, SAP, IRI etc.) or project management, social media marketing, market research and others.
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility, had a chance to lead various projects.
Support & Guidance
I received much support coming from my line manager, my team but also the whole company.
Culture
Very friendly, encouraging and supportive atmoshere. Many social events, I felt like I was part of the team, not just an intern.
