This ranges from communicating daily health and safety culture to ensuring compliance to the health and safety standards as part of the business responsibility.
Skills
Yes, My Excel, Word, PowerPoint, team working, communication, ability to use my own initiative, and lots more have improved greatly and I have learnt the use of various software applications, learnt about auditing and business strategies to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
Yes - I absolutely loved it because I love a good challenge where I am able to use my initiative to solve complex problems.
Support & Guidance
It was absolutely incredible. I had support from my manager, the team and even reaching to senior leadership which I find great to be able to communicate with senior leaders without feeling inferior.
Culture
SAFETY! This is a priority. Growth, development and leadership. It was a safe space for me to grow.

Yes
I think I would say know what you want to get there, as there are lots of opportunities for growth which can be bit confusing when it comes to choosing a career path.
