    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

    • We got exposed to various areas in global banking and markets. I really didn't like the fact we had to do another job simulation, I don't see the point of the fast track. I also think HSBC wants some target schools, so if you go to a Russell Group university you are going to make it to the assessment centres. Overall, the experience was nice.

    • Do the job simulation, the way they want you to answer it. Don't just go with what you will do. Go with what they want you to do.
