Overview
I majorly had to ensure that the project stayed on track with the timeline and if there were any mitigations, we were working towards solving them. I was also in charge of communications between external partners and ensured effective communication happened within the team
Skills
I have developed the skill of daily structure, I used to be a late riser and just float through the day but now i see the use of allocating yourself a set time to do a task as it makes it more likely that you will get it done
Responsibilities
I wasn’t necessarily given much responsibility but i took on much responsibility. A lot of proactivity was required which was fine as that comes naturally to me so I ended up with a lot of responsibility I managed to handle but that was because I went out to seek it
Support & Guidance
There were always people around but the key is having the confidence to be vulnerable and ask which i didn’t really understand till a few months in my placement
